•  Full or Partial Home Clearing, or Decluttering and deceased estate clean up.

• During the Home Clearing we will look for those items requested by family, estates, or trustees and will provide an inventory of any important / sentimental items and documents found.

• Will ensure all items requested by the family are taken or delivered or stored in a safe place, and a log of each item is signed off.

• All items found of sentimental and or monetary value (not on the Clients list) will be boxed up and returned to the Client (e.g., photo's, medals, jewelry, money etc..).

• Will arrange short or long-term storage if required

• Will also Clear outside the home including sheds / garages / yard, and storage under the home.

• Rubbish removal, arrange drop off and pickup of Bin Skips of all sizes which our team will fill with those unwanted items inside and outside the home.

• We will donate to Charity where possible.

• Offer Selling Solutions to Clients for those unwanted Saleable items.

• We can arrange Home cleaning, carpet steam cleaning, window cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, painting, and general handyman repairs.
